When You Want It Done Right.Engineered Telecomm Solutions, Inc.Company and Project ManagementPresident and CEO - Mary K. (Kitty) Holt Ms. Holt's telecom management portfolio spans nearly 30 years of telecom management experience from her tenure at Qwest, Pathnet, and Alcatel, all in project and program management. ETSI is managed to produce repeat customers and follow-on business. We have a technical understanding beyond many in this field with a history of performance that exceeds our customers' expectations. Here is a project sample attesting to the size and scope of ETSI Comprehensive Project Management Indiana State Police / Indiana Public Safety Commission ETSI is contractor of choice by ISP/ IPSC Telecom Management. We have built MDR8000 networks across the state, serviced numerous telecom and network management issues through the years. Recently MDR4000e radios were decommed and replaced by the 8000's. We have converted MDR8000 TDM to Packet Plus at several sites. Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation CEMC sought ETSI assistance in development of improved network resistance to frequent and lengthy fading events.ETSI found three hops of much less than ' five nines' reliability. Our formal proposal to add space diversity to these hops was performed and five nines reliability is now network-wide. Commonwealth of Kentucky ETSI managed the KSP / KEWS / KET 150MHz and 800MHz Mutual Aid Tower Upgrade across 32 sites. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Indiana Department of Transportation – INDOT ETSI directed the installation of 41 hops of MDR-8000 SONET radios, 1603SM Multiplexes and associated equipment across the 156 mile length of Interstate I-80/90. South Carolina Educational TV ETSI directed the Alcatel Field Installation of 36 hops of MDR-8000 Digital Microwave Radios across the state. This network was built to carry new digital ATSC HD television via a new Marconi ATM multiplexer network. University of North Carolina Public TV ETSI directed the Alcatel Field Installation effort on 38 hops of MDR-8000 Digital Microwave Radios in 47 CFR Part 74 and Part 101 service across the state. This network was built to carry UNC-TV’s ATSC HD television network and all of the North Carolina Highway Patrol radio traffic co-located at UNC-TV sites. Mississippi Public Broadcasting / MPB ETSI optimized the MDR4000s radios and converted their SONET muxes to ATM/TDM hybrid. During the conversion process we created 3 new ATM in DS3 circuits. ETSI converted the 1603 to 1612 to get 3 new video STS1's to Jackson Studio. One site lacking the DS3 facilities needed was re-engineered to permit re-use of a locally used DS3. Indiana Toll Road Concession Company ETSI is a consultant to the ITRCC on its' telecom requirements. Our projects include quarterly training of telecom personel, EF&I of new microwave hops, 900 MHz ISM installs, network management, decommissioning of equipment, path studies and remote ITM surveillance camera and traffic monitoring systems along I-80/90. Georgia Public Broadcasting GPB sought ETSI help in cleaning-up IP / packet VoIP studio feeds from outlying studios to the Atlanta TechCore location. ETSI worked with GPB, GPW, and TechCore personnel to arrive at a fix. The Savannah Studio feed was central to this effort. The fix was vetted on this circuit and used as a template for the remaining feeds.
